Mesh for packing pallets is used when constant ventilation of products is required to maintain their freshness and appearance. In addition, it is a functional and economical solution for strong and stable fixation of products on pallets.
Developed as an alternative to stretch film packaging, the grid for packing pallets provides optimal content storage mode with constant ventilation and minimal moisture accumulation. In conditions of low temperatures and humidity, food products stored in them are kept fresh for a long time.
When packing hot products
When packing in stretch film on pallets hot, uncooled products such as condensed milk, various canned goods in tin cans and the like, as a result of the temperature difference of the surrounding air during movement from workshop to warehouse, warehouse to truck, truck to warehouse, condensation occurs on the surface of the packaging ( banks). This is especially true in the autumn-winter period. The stretch film prevents both rapid cooling and rapid evaporation of condensate that has already formed.
Accumulation of humidity (condensation), which is inevitable when packaging with traditional stretch film, creates considerable problems with the appearance of the packaging.
The grid for packing pallets contributes to the natural cooling of products and prevents the formation of moisture and all problems such as fading of labels, deterioration of packages, formation of rust on cans and lids, peeling of glued elements.
When packing frozen products
The decisive factor in this is the time of the freezing process. Grids for packing pallets allow you to reduce the time of freezing, ensuring an unhindered supply of cold air to the products. In addition, the time of defrosting products is reduced due to accelerated evaporation of moisture.
When packing fresh products
The freshness of such products as vegetables, fruits and berries is primarily determined by the ability to ensure a continuous and uniform supply of air and active ventilation. The mesh for packing pallets preserves the freshness of the contents, creating conditions for the maximum possible ventilation, which in turn contributes to the long-term preservation of freshness and commercial appearance of products.
